Why SL Laundry Tech
Support You Can Depend On
We combine technical experience with responsive service to help commercial laundry operations stay productive and minimize unnecessary downtime.
Commercial laundry equipment is an investment, and it only performs as well as it is maintained. Poor servicing leads to poor wash quality, higher utility bills and shortened machine life. Our engineers follow proper maintenance schedules, use genuine parts and document the work, so you always know the condition of your equipment and what it will take to keep it running.
Whether you need a single machine serviced, a new installation commissioned or an annual maintenance contract across multiple locations, you work with one accountable team. That consistency is what keeps businesses choosing us for their laundry requirements year after year.

Common questions about commercial laundry machine sales, installation, service and maintenance.
Do you sell commercial laundry machines as well as service them?
Yes. We handle new machine sales, installation, commissioning and ongoing service for commercial laundry equipment, along with Annual Maintenance Contracts, spare parts and breakdown support.
Which brands of laundry machines do you work with?
We service all leading commercial laundry brands, including authorised dealer machines, connected machines and older converted units. If you have the brand or model number, send it to us and we will confirm support.
Do you offer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)?
Yes. AMC plans are tailored to your machine count, usage and risk profile. They typically include scheduled preventive visits, priority breakdown response, labour and genuine spare parts, and we can quote custom plans for multi-site operations.
Which cities do you provide service in?
Our primary service network covers Tamil Nadu and Kerala, including Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Tiruppur, Kochi and Thrissur along with surrounding districts. We also take on relocation and installation work across India.
How quickly can you attend a breakdown?
Response time depends on your location and the severity of the fault, but breakdown calls are always prioritised. Contact us on WhatsApp or by phone with the machine model and error code so we can dispatch an engineer carrying the right parts.
Do you supply genuine spare parts?
Yes. We supply specification-correct, genuine parts for major brands rather than unbranded alternatives, which protects your machine warranty and extends equipment life.
Do you handle machine relocation?
Yes. We safely dismantle, transport and recommission commercial laundry machines anywhere in India, including reinstalling and reconnecting them at the new site.
What should I look for when buying a commercial laundry machine?
Match capacity to your daily load, compare cycle time and energy consumption, and confirm the machine suits your floor space, power supply and drainage. Our team can assess your site and recommend the right configuration.
